| Mr.
Chen Yongle |
(1944-) is the President of the Yunnan Research Institute of Fine
Art. He is a member of the Chinese Artists Association, a member
of the Chinese Graphic Artists Association, and a member of the
Association of the Artists of Chinese Craft and Art.
Many of his works have been displayed in America, France, Belgium,
the Netherlands, Taiwan, HK and Germany. He has earned a reputation
throughout these places.
1963 He began his life of artistic creation
1978 The Place of War?was selected into the Exhibition of the National
Military Print Works.
1979 His work "Pero Praise"was selected into the Exhibition
of National Art of the 30th Commemoration of the National Date
1984 His work "Heaving"was awarded the Copper Medal at
the 6th Exhibition of National Art; his other work Wong of Peacock?was
selected into the 6th Exhibition of the Best Works of the National
Art. |
1986
His works were displayed in the Exhibition of Yunnan Prints in Australia.
1987 His works were displayed in the Exhibition of the Chinese Modern
Prints and the Exhibition of the Yunnan Print Works in Japan.
1989 His work "silver Fruit?was awarded the Copper Medal in
the 7th Exhibition of National Art.

His works entered the Exhibition of the Twelve Yunnan Artists which
was organized by the Japan Educational Fund. In the same year, his
work ilver Fruit?was awarded the Gold Medal by the Japan-China Prints
Foundation Fund. |
1990
His works were published in the book of Annual Chinese Prints and
Mr. Chen' name is selected into the Dictionary of the Chinese Contemporary
Artists.
1990 His work "Rice of Thai Nationality"entered at the
10th Exhibition of National Graphic Arts. His works have been displayed
at the Exhibition of the Hundred Famous Graphic Artists from Mainland
China which was held in Taiwan.
1992 His works entered the Exhibition of the Fine Art 92 which was
held by the European community. |
1993 His works were displayed in
America during the Exhibition of the Chinese Delicate Paintings.
In the same year his works entered the Exhibition of the Contemporary
Delicate Paintings held in the Netherlands
1993 His works were displayed in America and the Netherlands again
1994 In March, his works were selected into the Exhibition of the
Artists from Mainland China in Hong Kong. In April, he held a solo
exhibition in Belgium. In June, he held another solo exhibition
in Germany. |
